Acorn Passthrough Fidget

This little acorn passthrough might be one of my new favorites! The rounded acorn shape fits perfectly in your hand, and it's really satisfying to slide and twist as the pieces glide past each other. It’s simple, smooth, and surprisingly hard to put down once you start playing with it.

Like my other passthrough designs, this is a quick and easy print. It looks especially nice printed in two contrasting colors—the core peeking through the outer shell gives it a fun, layered look that really highlights the shape. Wood tones and fall colors look great on this one.

Print notes:

• The stem prints separately and should be attached to the core of the acorn with a small drop of glue after printing.
• I recommend adding a brim to the stem to improve bed adhesion. This is included in my print profile.
• I’ve separated the outer shell and the core onto different build plates so you can easily print them in two different filaments without an AMS.
• No supports are required, making this a fast, clean print.
