KS Signal Gauge 1 (1:32) – Modular & Lightable

This 1:32 scale (Gauge 1) KS signal was designed with a modular construction, offering many combination possibilities for different installation scenarios on your layout.

🔧 Variants & Construction

Signal Masts (4 Heights):

• 100 mm
• 115 mm
• 132 mm
• 154 mm

Signal Screens (5 Variants):
A total of five different signal screens are available.
There are two main designs:

• Filigree Variant – particularly scale-accurate and detailed
• More Robust Variant – more stable for everyday use on the layout

Base Variants (3 Options):

• Screw
• Glue
• Plug-in

This allows the signal to be optimally adapted to your layout and construction method.

💡 Lighting

The signal is prepared for lighting:

• 2.5 mm LEDs for the smaller lights
• 5 mm LEDs for the larger lights

Tips for installation:

• The front of the LEDs can be lightly sanded so they don't protrude too far.
• When soldering, please ensure that the solder joints remain as flat as possible so that everything fits neatly into the mast.
• Particularly thin wires were used for routing through the mast – enamelled copper wire also works well.
• All wires were routed into heat shrink tubing for neat bundling.

🧩 Handrail

The handrail is printed flat and then carefully bent into shape.
