While watching shorts, I discovered an interesting structure.

Thinking it might be good for children's education, I made a small model so they could touch and experience it firsthand.

It uses a Print in Place structure, so no assembly is needed— just remove the small supports.

I'd be happy if many people enjoy it.
Thank you.

I truly enjoy creating models and communicating with all of you. Your active feedback always makes my designs better! Your boosts are a huge help in letting me test and develop more fun models (you'd be surprised how much filament gets wasted in testing! :)). 🐻Thank you so much for your support!

I'm sorry to hear the print failed. It appears the support broke off at the topmost point where the support interface meets the overhang. You seem to have used Silk PLA, but I recommend trying a different filament type with better layer adhesion.

I love the design concept. Perhaps you can create an alternate modular parts profile for quick assembly rather than print in place.. Then if one part fails it can be reprinted and joined to an existing base. I tried printing twice but got spaghetti results on the tall flat area. These tall pieces could also be stronger with print orientation flat on the bed and then designed for screw, or friction fit assembly.

Thank you for your feedback and rating. That’s great input. When I designed this model, I was really into the “print-in-place” concept, and I thought that achieving both form and function without assembly would add an element of wonder, so I designed it that way. Since there are many variables in 3D printing, it seems some people are having difficulty with the print. I’ll create an updated model incorporating your suggestions. However, due to personal circumstances, it will take some time. Thank you for sharing your feedback!

For those experiencing print failures due to poor adhesion, an updated profile that increases the size of the adhesion area on the first layer has been uploaded. Please try again using the updated profile. Thank you.

The print broke off near the end when it was printing one of the walls the pole slides through, i think my printer pushed it or something. ill attatch a photo so you can see but its no worries.

yes, it looks literally "broken". I'll look at the bambu studio, if the nozzle's movement breaking the model. thanks for the feedback!

unfortunately it didn't work the first time for me, so I can only give 3 stars (the app tells me so) but I actually want to give 5! Great model ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Thank you for your comment and rating.I'm glad you like it :) I'm well aware of the limitations of the MakerWorld system. In cases like this, I'd appreciate it even more if you could just leave feedback without giving a rating :)
