Stop hunting for that "almost right" tool holder. I created this model because I was tired of tools that didn't fit standard holders. This tool holder is completely customizable—simply input your tool's diameter and other dimensions and generate a custom fit in seconds.
Customization Parameters
To get the perfect fit, you can modify the following variables in the “Customize” tab
- Ring Diameter: Set the internal width to match your tool - Make sure to add clearance so the tool removes easily
- Ring Thickness: Sets the wall strength. Increase this for heavier tools or for a more rugged aesthetic.
- Ring Height: Controls the vertical contact surface. Use a taller height for top-heavy tools to prevent tipping.
- Offset: Adjusts the distance between the tool and the mounting surface/base
- Cutout On or Off: Enables or Disables the cutout feature
- Cutout Angle: Size of the cutout in degrees. Use this to create a snap fit or give clearance for an odd shaped tool

Hook is printed as a separate object to allow for printing flat on the bed, maximizing strength of the hook. Hook is friction fit and can be permanently installed with some CA glue.
