This print profile is reduced size for the A1 mini. Rather than directly scaling this down, only the outside ring is shrunk down to keep the holes the same size as the original. This has the same settings as the original larger size.

For A1 Mini, Reduced Size, 0.2mm layer, 3 walls, 15% infill

Inside this print profile is my configuration for printing TPU on a 0.4mm nozzle. This is on the P1S but should translate to the other BBL printers.Important things to note while printing with TPU:<ol><li>Max Volumetric Speed in the filament settings is extremely important. This is the limiter of speed while printing TPU.</li><li>Layer height of 0.2mm for first layer and subsequent layers is optimal for TPU</li><li>Does NOT do well with Arachne for some reason, always use classic wall structure</li><li>If there are any overhangs at all, you must print wall order Inner→Outer</li><li>Retraction settings are also optimized in the “Inland White TPU” filament</li><li>Print hot, 255C is my go to temperature. 70% aux fan at maximum. Part fan is okay. I do print enclosed though.</li><li>Acceleration has been decreased in the profile somewhat</li><li>Lastly, reducing infill retraction and avoid crossing wall are important for quality.</li></ol>I will update the profile with a more refined printed version tomorrow.Credit goes to the designer “The3DHobbyist” for the frisbee design. TPU Airless Frisbee - 0.2mm layer, 2 walls, 15% infill

After making some other “airless” models, a commenter on one of my Tik Toks said he wanted to see an airless disc golf disc….it was so absurd that it needed to exist. After some time, this is what I came up with. It isn't perfect but I think I achieved my end goal of it looking like it belongs in a disc golf bag. Printing:<ul><li>Model is already oriented in the correct way for printing (brim up laying on it's face)</li><li>Recommend to clean build plate well before attempting print as there are several small contact areas.</li><li>Have Arachne on</li><li>Standard print settings will work (2-3 walls with 15% ish infill will be fine) </li></ul>
