Description
This is a 3D-printed cheater lens adapter designed specifically for the ESAB Sentinel A60 welding helmet, using a standard 2" × 4.25" cheater lens.
The design has been updated so both the carrier and the lens holder are open in the center, ensuring no obstruction of the clear lens or ADF view. The adapter functions as a rigid picture-frame that supports the cheater lens only around the perimeter, preserving full optical clarity.
The cheater lens is retained using a flexible internal retention strip, allowing the lens to be securely held while still being easy to install or remove. No glue, screws, or permanent helmet modifications are required.
