Description

Shattered Girl is a contemporary digital sculpture that captures a moment of quiet tension between vulnerability and resilience.
The calm, classical expression contrasts with fractured, angular geometry spreading across the face, neck, and shoulders - as if the form itself is caught between breaking apart and holding together.

This expanded bust version introduces a broad base and partial shoulders, transforming the piece from a simple portrait into a complete sculptural statement. The fragmented surfaces interact beautifully with light and shadow, giving the sculpture a dynamic presence that changes depending on viewing angle and material choice.

Designed with display in mind, Shattered Girl works exceptionally well as a standalone art object. Subtle facial detailing pairs with bold structural breaks, making it especially suitable for silk, marble, stone, or matte filaments. The model also translates elegantly to resin printing for those seeking maximum surface definition.

This sculpture is part of an ongoing artistic series exploring human form through digital deconstruction and contemporary sculptural language.

Key Features

  • Expressive Fragmentation – Sharp, geometric breaks contrast with smooth, realistic facial features
  • Gallery-Style Bust – Broad base and shoulders provide visual weight and stability
  • Light & Shadow Play – Fragmented surfaces enhance depth and highlights
  • Print-Friendly Design – Optimized for FDM printing
  • Series-Ready Artwork – Designed as part of a cohesive digital sculpture collection

Shattered Girl expands upon the visual language introduced in Digital Presence – Contemporary Minimalist Portrait Sculpture, pushing the form toward fragmentation and structural tension.
