Description

I've recently purchased a the new (to the UK anyway) Milwaukee M18 BLHSB-0 18V High Speed Compact Blower for car detailing, it comes with a selection of round hard rubber adapters but I really  needed a type of air blade. I'm not a Fusion 3D whizz kid and learn as I go so its not polished and is purely functional rather then pretty and took a couple of iterations, mainly around keeping the ‘slot’ as narrow as possible so I don't lose air pressure.

I printed this on a X1C using undried TPU-95a not in the AMS but an external spool, I didn't try PLA or any other material as I needed something that was kind to paintwork. It's snug, it locks into place without the tiny notches in the OEM parts. I printed with supports, it only added them around the lugs and the very base of the air blade.

Improvements I can see when I get time:
1 - It's quite flexible, so I could add some supports in the opening to keep the shape?
2 - I wanted it horizontal when connected, maybe some mileage in making another to make it it vertical
3 - Really needs more use, a wider blade could be usefull

Obviously printing and using this is at your own risk, the blade doesn't restrict the airflow as far as I can see.
