Description

This is a custom 3D modeled bracket cover designed for the Scorpion EXO-520 motorcycle helmet.

Although the design is not a 1:1 copy of the original part, it performs the same function and fits perfectly in place. Once installed, the piece does not move or come loose during normal use.

The geometry is slightly different from the OEM part, so it does not cover the opening as seamlessly as the original, but it successfully covers the bracket area and fulfills its purpose.

The photos show the part printed in white to clearly highlight the shape and contrast against the helmet, making the design easier to see.

Notes:

  • Designed and tested on Scorpion EXO-520
  • The opening corresponds to Scorpion’s intercom mounting system
  • It should be compatible with other helmets in the EXO line, as they use the same intercom slot
  • Compatibility with other EXO models is not guaranteed, as it has not been tested
  • Secure fit, no play once installed
  • Functional replacement, not an exact visual replica

Perfect as a replacement part if you lost or damaged the original bracket cover, or if you just want a functional alternative.
