Description

Modeled to look like a giant, resting banana peel, this bowl combines fun design with modern aesthetics. The exterior features a distinct ribbed texture that hides layer lines beautifully, while the interior provides a cradling shape for your items. Whether you print it in clean White or rustic Wood PLA, it’s a conversation starter for any kitchen or living room.

Key Features:
Textured Design: The ribbed exterior adds tactile depth and creates a unique "woven" or natural look.
Versatile Storage: Ideally shaped for long items like bananas, but deep enough for grapes, strawberries, keys, or sunglasses.
Sturdy Base: Designed with a flattened bottom center to sit stable on any surface without rolling.
Decor Friendly: Fits perfectly with modern, farmhouse, or pop-art interior styles.

🖨️ Printing Guidelines:
Orientation: Print flat on the bottom of the curve (the natural resting position).
Supports:
General: The curve is generally gentle enough to print without supports on most printers.
Stem/Tip: Tree Supports are recommended for the very tip of the stem and the tail if the overhang angle exceeds 45 degrees on your printer.
Layer Height: 0.20mm works great. The exterior texture hides layer lines well, so you don't need extremely fine resolution.
Infill: 10-15% Gyroid for a balance of strength and material saving.
Walls/Perimeters: 3 Walls are recommended to ensure the bowl feels solid and substantial.

🎨 Filament Recommendations:
Classic: Matte Yellow for that authentic banana look.
Modern (As seen in photos): Matte White or Marble PLA for a clean, architectural vibe.
Rustic (As seen in photos): Wood PLA enhances the ribbed texture, making it look like a carved wooden bowl.

⚠️ Food Safety Note:
If using for wet foods (berries, dip), please coat the print with a food-safe epoxy or sealant to prevent bacteria growth between layer lines.
For whole fruits (bananas, oranges, apples) or wrapped candies, standard PLA is generally acceptable.
