503 Box Cap – Universal
This project was created for those who use classic 503 boxes and desire a clean, functional, and aesthetically consistent closure.
The cap is universal for all 503 boxes and is available in two versions: one with rounded edges and one with straight edges, to suit different styles and uses.
It has been designed to be lightweight, simple, and quick to print, while maintaining an engineering-optimized structure with an internal skeleton that ensures rigidity and material savings.
The outer surface is clean, leveraging the print bed texture for a better aesthetic result without post-processing.
The fixing holes are sized specifically for the screws of 503 box mounts and include a countersink, to completely conceal the screw head and achieve a tidy and professional finish.
