Description
This model converts the popular Wio Tracker L1 e-Ink 3000mAh case to support the Wio Tracker L1 OLED board.
The original enclosure was designed for the e-Ink version. This revision modifies the screen opening and internal layout to properly fit the OLED display while keeping the same overall form factor and battery capacity.

What’s New in This Version
- Redesigned front window for the OLED display
- Updated internal clearances for the OLED PCB
- Added PCB backing support to better stabilize the board and battery
- Maintains compatibility with the 3000mAh battery
- Compatible with Meshtastic builds
The added PCB backing is adapted from:
“Case for Wio Tracker L1 Meshnology 3000mAh Battery” design
(used here to improve internal rigidity and battery support)
Build Notes:
- Recommend adding support as needed
- The OLED display foam pad on the display will need to be cut and another foam pad spacer will need to be added. I used foam sheets from Michaels.
