🪲 Cicada in Baroque Frame – 3D Printed Wall & Table Decoration
This detailed Cicada in an ornamental Baroque frame is a decorative 3D Printed object in vintage/curio style. Ideal as wall decor, a collector's item, or a special gift for insect and gothic fans.
The model consists of two separate parts:
- Frame
- Cicada
This way, each part can be optimally printed and then cleanly assembled.
🖨️ Printing Instructions
Frame
- Printed without support structures
- Print orientation as uploaded recommended
- Suitable for PLA, PLA+ or similar materials
Cicada
- Supports required
- Proceed very carefully when removing support structures, as fine details are present
- Slow and clean support handling recommended
🔧 Assembly
- After printing, glue the cicada onto the frame with superglue
- Clean or lightly sand bonding surfaces beforehand if necessary
- Optionally, the cicada can be colored differently or painted
🎨 Tips
- Metallic or gold filaments create a particularly noble look
- The background can also be painted or flocked afterwards
- For wall mounting, a hanger can be added to the back
