Simple Flat-Pack Foldable Box (No Glue Required)

This is a print-in-place, foldable box designed to be printed flat and assembled in seconds. It is perfect for small gifts, party favors, or organizing small desk items. The design utilizes living hinges and snap-fit tabs, so no glue or extra hardware is needed!

✨ IMPORTANT: The Holographic Finish Please note that the starry/rainbow effect seen in the cover photo was achieved using a special Holographic (PEO/PEY) Build Plate.

• If you use a standard plate: The box will have a standard smooth or textured finish depending on your sheet.
• To get the effect: You need to print the face-down side on a holographic spring steel sheet.

• Fast & Efficient: Uses minimal material.
• Easy Assembly: Simply fold along the lines and snap the tabs into the slots.
• Scalable: Can be scaled up or down (within your print bed limits), though check tolerances if scaling down significantly.

Print Settings:

• Material: PLA, PLA+, or PETG (PETG is more flexible for the hinges).
• Layer Height: 0.2mm recommended.
• Infill: 15% - 100% (Since it is thin, solid infill often works best for sturdiness).
• Supports: NONE.
• Brim: Not usually required, but use one if you have adhesion issues with sharp corners.

Assembly Instructions:

1. Remove from print bed.
2. Pre-fold all crease lines to loosen the hinges.
3. Fold up the sides and snap the locking tabs into place.
