Strong Zip Tie
Print Profile(2)

Description
Important:
Based on feedback, some people reported that they were having trouble inserting the tail into the head on the original version. I've created Version 2 (profile) with a larger opening in the head and a more gradual slope on the tail. Also I would point out that this is a zip tie and does need tight clearances to function properly so the tooth in the head is snug, but it is designed is such a way that it flexes when the tail is inserted and snaps back into place. This is what gives it the locking strength.
You will need to apply some force to get the tail started in the head.
When doing so I recommend you grip with both hands, one on each of the green check marks. DO NOT grip from the red X or lower as it will bend and kink. The mechanism will loosen once the first few notches have been fed past the tooth.

The biggest one is pretty tough. Print in PETG (I also remove the smallest one from V2, so now it only has the 2 sizes that work the best.
