Modular Magnetic Face System Compatible

What This Is

These are additional base options for the modular magnetic soap dispenser system, designed to fit:

• Softsoap pump bottles (7.5 oz and 11.0 oz confirmed)
• Purell pump bottles (8.0 oz confirmed)
• Dial pump foaming bottles (7.5oz confirmed)
• Mrs. Meyer's foaming bottles (confirmed)
• Others manufactures with a base size smaller than (86mm x 42mm) 3.4in x 1.65in

They allow you to use the same swappable magnetic faces you already have, but on different, commonly available soap and sanitizer bottles.

Each base is its own standalone holder, with embedded magnets on the front face to accept any compatible magnetic design.

Magnet Assembly Notes

• Magnets may be press-fit or glued in place. 
• Glue is recommended for long-term security.
• The magnet pockets diameters will vary slightly by printer setup and print orientation.  
• If the holes are too tight you can safely remove material with a tool or slightly scale up the model (0.5%) so that the holes will be larger and the dispensers will still fit.   
• Pockets are 2 mm deep:
  • 2 mm thick magnets sit flush
  • 3 mm thick magnets will protrude slightly for a stronger hold (this is my preferred setup but both work).

⚠️ Check magnet polarity during assembly so faces attach correctly
(ask me how I know 😅)

After that, you can use the first face to help align additional magnets during assembly.

• Designed for easy printing
• No supports required
• Works well in PLA, PETG, or ABS
• Neutral base color recommended so faces stand out
