Description

Boost Me (for free)

If you like this model, give it a little push with a Boost Token — it helps a lot and makes my 3D printer smile while it’s working 😄

This project features a set of soft building blocks for young children, inspired by and compatible with Clemmy-style construction blocks. The design is intended for toddlers and preschoolers, focusing on safe play, creativity, and easy handling thanks to rounded shapes and soft materials.

In addition to the standard block size, this set also includes a double-length brick, allowing for more stable structures, bridges, and creative builds. The blocks can be combined with existing Clemmy-style blocks, expanding play possibilities while keeping the same overall scale and connection logic.

Important note: this is NOT an official Clementoni product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Clementoni in any way.

Key Features

Compatible dimensions with Clemmy-style soft building blocks

Rounded edges and child-friendly geometry

Includes a double brick for enhanced construction options

Designed specifically for soft and flexible 3D printing materials

Ideal for toddlers, early learning, and creative play

Recommended Material

For best results, it is strongly recommended to print these blocks in soft TPU.

TPU provides:

Flexibility similar to commercial soft blocks

Improved safety for small children

Better grip and durability during play

Using rigid materials such as PLA or PETG is possible for testing purposes, but not recommended for actual child use.

Print Settings

Material: TPU (soft or medium-soft)

Layer height: 0.2–0.28 mm

Infill: 10–20% (gyroid or cubic recommended)

Walls: 2–3 perimeters

Print speed: slow to moderate, depending on TPU hardness

Supports

These models require supports to print correctly due to the internal geometry and overhangs.

Suggested settings:

Supports enabled

Support placement: everywhere

Support interface recommended for cleaner removal

Careful support removal is advised to preserve the soft surface finish.
