Threaded Knurled Jar – Support-Free Print Design

This is a compact threaded jar with a matching knurled lid, designed from the ground up to print 100% support-free while still delivering smooth threads and a satisfying twist.

Both the jar and lid use carefully tuned chamfers and angled geometry to eliminate the need for supports, even on the internal threads. The result is a clean print that assembles easily and spins smoothly.

Because the jar body and lid benefit from different print settings, they are intended to be printed on separate plates.
