Description
88mm nozzle modification made for 90s Sea Doo jet skis. Works with every 717 and 787 ski (from XP all the way to GSX)
In order to fit this stuffer you will need to remove the middle factory fin and grind it flush. Then secure the 3d printed stuffer with JB weld. I have a youtube video on the entire process HERE
This design is very similar to what R&D made back in the day that is now no longer in business and hard to find. The R&D nozzle gained real world improvements. Up to 1 MPH better top speed, while also improving steering response and handing.
My part was printed in ABS, I have not tried any other filaments although I'm sure most will also work fine.
