BC 250 case flex a1 mini
Print Profile(2)

Description
V2.1 files added and new print profile with fuzzy skin. Only front and rear case modified to flip psu and more tolerance for cables. Old parts fit.
A case for the BC 250 for a FLEX ATX PSU that fits on A1 mini. No need to open fins.
I used a 16mm latching button to start the psu.
White diode and 100 ohm resistor connected to a 5v on the psu to light op the logo.
Printed logo in transparent PLA, colored blue with marker for the blue part, and pushed the parts together.
Two Arctic P12 Pro PST fans (backside in, frontside out)kept it at 80 at 4000mhz cpu 2000mhz gpu, furmark and cpu stress, 30% fan speed at 50 degrees, 40% at 60, 70% at 70. 90% at 90(i think, tweak at will). Non pro fans did not keep it under 90 at 100%.
Used a generic psu. Added air intakes for the psu because psu got hot and exploded. So i have not tested the solution after this edit. Originally i left the logo 4mm in the back to let the air come in there, but this should be better.
Used 16 2.5mm x 12mm woodscrews and 8 10mm x 2.2mm magnets for the lids.
Print profile is probably lacking, i used PETG nobrand, not perfect looking but ok. Feel free to fix print profiles or other modifications. Enjoy.
Disclaimer: The coverphoto does not have the switch for psu installed, and is using a normal ATX psu while i wait for another flex psu. Might upload prettier pictures later.
