Creality Space Pi 7530 blower fan mod
Print Profile(1)

Description
This mod replaces the stock dryer fan — which often becomes noisy over time — with a larger 7530 blower for quieter operation and improved airflow. The dryer exists in two versions, and this modification is intended for the version with the smaller air inlet.
The blower used here is a CHA7512RX-30B (75x75x30 format, 12 V). Any 7530 12 V blower with a current draw of 0.3 – 0.6 A should be compatible.
The printed duct is designed for support-free printing and should be made from a filament capable of withstanding at least 90 °C; ASA or PC is recommended.
During installation, one of the original fan mounts must be shortened so that it ends roughly flush with the heater inlet. The aluminium section in front of the heater element also needs to be modified as shown in the reference photos and wrapped with Kapton tape for insulation and to reduce heat transfer.
The two printed parts are joined together using two M3 screws.
The 7530 blower is mounted to the printed duct using two M4×40 mm screws with matching nuts. The fan-mount holes are intentionally slightly oversized to allow precise alignment between the blower outlet and the printed duct opening.
Once assembled, the whole module is installed using the original screws that previously held the stock fan in place.
A small printed plug/cover is included to close one of the openings used during mounting so the entire unit sits securely and prevents airflow leakage.
