This model is a 2.5 inch projector lens adapter designed specifically for VW Golf 5 headlights.
It allows you to securely mount a standard 2.5” bi-xenon / LED projector lens into the original headlight housing without permanent modifications.

Material: PETG or ABS (PLA possible, but not recommended due to heat)

Layer height: 0.2 mm

Infill: 30–40%

Perimeters: 3–4 walls

Supports: Not required (depending on printer and orientation)

Print orientation: Flat on the mounting surface for best strength and accuracy
