GMKtec NucBox K12 Case w. Feet/Stand + Nocuta Fan
Print Profile(1)

Description
My first model:
A case for the GMKtec K12 mini PC.
The normal case also has 2 pockets for other Wi-Fi antennas (I tore one during removal :-()
However, these do not have to be used and are hardly noticeable.
For the High Airflow Case (HF), I omitted the Wi-Fi pockets.
Feet and stand fit both models - however, I did not print the stand.
I myself printed the outer walls with Fuzzy Skin (0.8 / 0.3) and the groove is also designed for it (minimally wider).
Printed with PETG which I would also recommend. PLA should also work.
The fan is a 5V PWM fan. I used a Noctua NF-F12 5V PWM. Unfortunately, the connection is not 1 to 1 - so you have to check it.
I bought a cheap notebook fan and cut off the connector. Then I soldered a 4PIN header connector so that I can now connect normal PC fans. The firmware on my K12 is 2.02, and an Arctic 12V PWM fan also ran without problems (then with reduced power)
Since manufacturers of mini PCs and probably also notebooks do not use a uniform standard, I have not provided instructions here, but rather a picture of the original fan with the connections:
+ ----> VCC (+5V)
P ----> PWM
- ----> GND
S ----> RPM (Speed Sensor)
The standard PC fan header pinout is as follows:
PIN 1 ----> GND (BK ?)
PIN 2 ----> VCC (+12V) (RD ?)
PIN 3 ----> RPM (Speed Sensor) (YE ?)
PIN 4 ----> PWM (BL ?)
Please check this beforehand with a multimeter or similar.
For the screw connections, I used insert nuts (Press-in Nut).
Case:
4EA - M2 (3x3.2) [PCB]
4EA - M3 (5x5) [Bottom]
Top Fan:
2EA - M3 (5x5)
