Description

Check my crowdfunding project OE OTF RE: Redefine and Evolve

Please refer to the crowdfunding project for model details.

Lubricate thoroughly with cooking oil. Use PETG HF material for good durability. This is a precision model, essentially a benchmark test of your equipment. Before giving a "no" or negative rating, make sure you understand what you are doing.

  • Carefully inspect all parts. Ensure there is no elephant foot and warping. (To avoid warping, please use glue. Alternatively, try increasing the temperature of the first print bed and filament by 10°C.)
  • Inspect the overhang (green section in the image below). It must let the blade runs smoothly.
  • Lubricate at least all blue sections. Lubricating all internal parts is strongly recommended.

Pattern L with 18mm snap-off blade holder
Love this model, thanks for the great work! Is it possible to have a blade length that is somewhere between the "long" and "full size?" I'm using solid (non snap-off) blades and find that the only options currently are either too little, or too much blade exposed. Of course, I like the additional exposure, hence my question, but find that the full length is too unstable for practical use.

You need the shortest holder and the longest spring.

Other Issues:At the time of purchase, the details specifiying only certain brands / types of filament was different, seems it has been edited since purchase to specify these requirement...
Support Issue:I regret this as I only print with PLA Bambulab brand. Also the top button dummy blade has no instructions, and seller hasn't replied to my help for this...

I thought I always replied to your crowdfund private messages promptly. I don't know why you're leaving a comment here saying I didn't reply.
