OE OTF RE is a set of 3D-printable fidget designed for various blade types. These designs focus on both functionality and aesthetic appeal, making them ideal for EDC everyday use or as part of a curated collection.

Our OTF is ideal for full 3D printing. It's also easy to assemble and disassemble, optimized for strength, ease of use, and modularity. While retaining the practicality of traditional 3d printed OTF knives, our version is lightweight, customizable, and easy to use.

Risks and Challenges

This accurate model requires printing using the most reliable filament and printer settings. Good as a benchmark testing your machine and filament setup. If you are confident in your settings, you may want to try changing the filament. Try lube the internal with cooking oil. In some cases, sanding can be helpful. If part warping and poor bed sticking occur, it is highly recommended to use liquid glue from BambuStore. (https://ca.store.bambulab.com/products/liquid-glue-for-build-plate) Note the elephant foot. (https://wiki.bambulab.com/en/software/bambu-studio/parameter/elephant-foot) Take necessary steps to sand it. Filament issues: The push lever is difficult to move(a common problem with silky or matte filament), or if the parts need to sanded, this means you need to try a different filament colors/types. Flow rate issue: Excessive flow rate will cause all parts to thicken. Insufficient flow rate will cause all parts to become weak and brittle. All print profiles have been thoroughly tested using BambuLab X1C/A1 and various Bambu filaments. However, I am quite certain that not all filaments are suitable for high-precision printing. Bambu PETG HF orange/yellow/black filaments are recommended. Avoid silky and matte finishes, as they have higher friction.
