Update 08.02.2026
- Since some users have reported that the double-sided adhesive tape does not hold well, I have added an additional attachment from the back. The frame must be reprinted, and the “Bridge” part must also be printed. The bridge is screwed into the frame from the inside with 2 M3x20 or x25 screws.
- I have added a print file for Snapmaker Orca to the downloads.
- Tip: When disassembling, gently warm the screen with a hairdryer. This softens the adhesive, and the screen detaches more easily.

Swivel Display Mount for Snapmaker U1
This project offers a swivel and tilt display mount for the Snapmaker U1 as a replacement for the original, fixed display position.
Many Snapmaker U1 owners place their 3D Printer in corners, on shelves, or at different heights. In such situations, the original flat-mounted display is often difficult to read or uncomfortable to operate.
This mount solves the problem with a freely adjustable orientation of the touchscreen.
Required Additional Parts
- 6× M3 screws (M3×10, M3×14, M3×18)
- High-quality double-sided adhesive tape
- Extension cable for touchscreen (FFC/FPC, 32-pin, 0.5 mm pitch)
