Description
While this winder can be used alone, it's part of a “system” that will allow clean storing and deploying of the pesky ribbon cable radials used by the JPC-12.

This winder provides the ability to attach the end of the radials (wrapping in a rubber band makes this very clean and keeps the cables from getting tangled). Once wrapped, I'd recommend an elastic cord to secure the ring terminal and wrap the entire bundle.
