Description
Clip-on Door Pocket Cup Holder
Meet your new “why didn’t my car come with this?” upgrade 😅 This clip-on cup holder hooks right onto your door pocket to add an extra drink spot exactly where you need it—perfect for the passenger seat, back seat, or anywhere you’re short on cup holders.
Designed with a lightweight open-lattice body to save material while staying sturdy, it’s great for holding bottles, cans, or your go-to coffee cup on the road. The deep basket and stable base help keep drinks upright, while the wide clip makes it easy to mount and remove without tools.
✨ Features
- Clips onto most vehicle door pockets / storage ledges
- Open-lattice design = strong + fast printing + less filament
- Deep cup cavity helps reduce tipping and sliding
- Smooth rim for easy in/out and comfortable use
- Great for front passenger or rear passenger areas
🧵 Printing Recommendations
- Material: PETG recommended (best for heat resistance in hot cars). PLA works for mild climates but may soften in summer heat.
- Orientation: Print upright as designed for the cleanest interior cup surface and strongest clip
🔧 Tips for Best Fit
- If your door pocket lip is thicker/thinner than average, scale only the clip area in your slicer if your model allows, or slightly adjust overall scale (ex: 98–102%) to dial it in.
- Add a thin adhesive felt strip on the inside of the clip for a tighter grip and to protect interior trim.
⚠️ Notes
This is meant to support typical drink weights. Use caution with oversized metal bottles or very heavy tumblers on rough roads.
