Model Description

Remix – 2S 18650 Battery Mount for 3A BMS

This model is a remix of an original 3S 18650 battery mount, redesigned to fit a 2S, up to 3A BMS module.

The mount was specifically adapted for the following 2S BMS board (AliExpress reference):

What was changed compared to the original model

• Redesigned BMS mounting 
• Dimensions adjusted for a 2S BMS PCB
• Cable exit openings aligned with 2S wiring layout
• Original 18650 cell layout preserved (mechanical geometry unchanged)

• Battery cells: 18650 Li-ion
• Configuration: 2S
• BMS: up to 3A (designed for the linked module)

Printing recommendations

• Layer height: 0.2 mm
• Infill: 20–30%
• Supports: not required
• Material: PETG recommended (better heat resistance for battery projects)

Important notes

• This model is a mechanical holder only – no electronics included
• Use Li-ion batteries at your own risk
• Always use a properly rated BMS and protection

The BMS was attached to the mount using thin double-sided adhesive tape, which works perfectly for this application.
