Chain designed based on Kar Fai design https://makerworld.com/en/models/963526-a1-mini-x-axis-print-head-drag-chain#profileId-933652

For A1 Mini Led length you need is 220mm
For A1 it is 345mm

2x M3 SHCS Screw you need is 8 to 12mm length
 

Dimmer (6th plate) make light penetrating less through white filaments (I didn't print that)

I recommend using at least PETG! Mine print warped from heat!

The print seems not be able to finish all the parts without failing at some parts. tried it two times now. both failed;

I have printed it with no issues few times... Do you have timelapse of it? I might help you with that

No I dont have a timelapse available unfortunately, does it might have to do that i am printing it in PETG?

I am not sure, but I just changed print settings, now there is more brims where are thin perimeters
