Description

Nozzle Cleaning Brush – Bambu Lab Printers

This nozzle cleaning brush is designed for quick and safe cleaning of Bambu Lab printer nozzles. It helps remove filament buildup from the exterior of the nozzle to maintain consistent extrusion and improve print quality.

How to Use

  • Heat the nozzle to 160–200°C (warm, not cold).
  • With filament unloaded or retracted, gently brush the outside of the nozzle to remove residue.  Sometimes it helps to remove the sock to get a thorough cleaning.
  • Use light pressure and avoid contact with moving parts.
  • For external cleaning only

A1 Nozzle Wiper Installation

  • The slot labeled “A1” is designed to accept the Bambu Lab A1 nozzle wiper.
  • Place ends in first so that the wiper is slightly bowed in the middle.
  • Press the wiper firmly into the A1 location until fully seated.
  • The fit is intentionally snug to prevent movement during use.

Notes

  • Printed in ABS but works well will other materials.
  • 3 holes in the back allow attaching to metal surfaces with magnets
  • Hole is designed to allow hanging on an HSW board.  I used a hanger similar to this one.  LINK
