Description

Baofeng DM-32UV body case with swappable mount. In this version is developed only clip for belt, on the future will be developed car mount.

 

On version 1.1. has been added additional parts for car mount.
- Balls: 16mm diameter, 8mm hole for arm.
- Nuts: M20x2.5
- Arms: three different parts. Two of them are with 45 degree angle. Another one arm is an eccentric.

I like it so far other than I think the belt clip needs to go further up as the radio is to top heavy and keeps twisting in my belt. Testing the car setup next

Yes, that's right, the belt clip will be modified in the future due to the same problem. This clip was fast solution to share complete design. The car mount was designed later.

Bed Adhesion Issue:2 different types of filaments same issue (PLA & petg)

I tested print of all parts with Eryone ASA-CF and glue on the plot.

Printed in petg just fine, had supports on the balls cause slicer was warning of an empty first layer
