Magnetic "Zip Tie Buddy" Cable Clamp Up To 24 lbs

I'm that guy that uses too many zip ties. So, I developed “Zip Tie Buddy” as a way to not only make your zip tie installations look more “clean”, but also to keep your wires, cables, hoses, etc routed more securely, and ultimately give a more professional looking installation any time you use them. “Zip Tie Buddy” is a 2 piece cable clamp that secures with a single zip tie. “Zip Tie Buddy” keeps your work piece clamped tightly, AND NOW IT INCLUDES MAGNETIC MOUNTING!

In this “upload” I am including “Magneto Buddy” sizes of 1/4" all the way through 1" in 1/16" increments. The magnets I designed these to use are readily available on Amazon, and they will reliably hold ~12 lbs each. As such, they are NOT cheap magnets (about $1/ea), but they will give you peace of mind in your cable mounting. Please note that there is one print profile with ALL sizes on individually labelled plates, and there are also individual STL files included separately. IMPORTANT NOTES:

These need to be printed in something that will hold up to the temperature of the environment you plan to use them in. Default profile is ASA-CF. I also really like PET-CF for automotive engine bay use. 

Sizes ¼" through 9/16" use a single magnet and hold about 12 lbs each. Sizes 5/8" through 1" use a pair of magnets and hold about 24 lbs each. 

You can shorten the screws that are included with the magnets on a belt sander, but the overall screw length needs to be about 3/8" to fit the clamp (I know this is a pain, but the clamps were just too bulky looking with sufficient thickness for the included ½" screws). 

Do not overtighten the screws as the plastic strips easily.

If you do NOT want to use the magnets I spec'd, the relief is sized at 0.630" diameter and 0.160" depth.
