INMP441 Mic Panel Mount

A compact panel-mount holder designed for the INMP441 I2S microphone module.

This mount allows the INMP441 microphone to be securely installed in a panel using a simple circular cutout. The microphone clicks into place from the rear and is held securely by integrated tabs, eliminating the need for screws, glue, or additional hardware.

The design is optimized for clean installation, minimal material usage, and reliable retention, making it ideal for electronics enclosures, sensor panels, and DIY projects.

✦ Panel Compatibility

• Recommended panel thickness: ~1.5 mm
• Thicker panels can be easily adjusted by lightly trimming the rear edge
  (for example with a hobby knife)

✦ Assembly

1. Insert the INMP441 microphone from the rear side of the mount
2. Press until the module clicks into place
3. The built-in tabs lock the microphone securely and prevent it from falling out

The microphone can be removed if needed by gently releasing the tabs.

• Layer height: 0.08 mm (recommended due to small size and fine details)

• Filament: PETG (PLA also works depending on environment)
