Description

Hey everyone! Meet the Ear-Splitter Vuvuzela, the most powerful instrument I’ve designed to date. This project is very close to my heart: as a kid, I loved building DIY versions with whatever scraps I could find around the house. Now, I’m excited to share this 2.0 version with you, sleeker, stronger, and much more powerful.

Once assembled, just blow hard into the center hole. I promise the noise level will leave you speechless; even I couldn't believe my ears! 😂😂 I designed this vuvuzela to pack the punch of a professional air horn into a compact device that fits perfectly in the palm of your hand.

The secret lies entirely in the membrane. The one in the photo is made from a piece of a black latex glove, which delivers incredible results, but a standard balloon works great too. I even tested plastic wrap... but listen carefully, guys: please be safe! This thing is so loud it started bothering my ears after just a few uses🤯. Always use earplugs and never use it near children. Choose your membrane wisely (plastic wrap is much thinner and less durable than balloon rubber).

Now it's your turn! Experiment with different materials for the membrane and share your findings in the comments to help the community grow!
