Want to turn your favorite songs into cool keychains? This project lets you do just that! With a phyton script you can change any Spotify song or album link into a unique keychain with a code you can scan. It's super easy – just give it the Spotify link, and it'll make a keychain that's all about your favorite tunes. 

VERY IMPORTANT
Follow all these steps carefully! If its to complicated for you or you don't know why it doesn't work then contact me with the song that you like and I will do if for you!

USE Python 3.9.6
 

Instructions for Running the Script Successfully. (Python must be installed on your computer and you need a code editor to run the program. Ex. Visual Studio Code or other code editor) Links to download both:

When Downloading Check The Checkbox Called “Add Python to environment variables”

How to create your desired Spotify code:

1. Download all Files in the description and put them in one folder! 
2. Open "Main Circle.py" in Python if you want the keychain with the circle or 
open "Main Hexa.py" in Python if you want the keychain with the hexagon 
3. Press F5 to run the Python programm 
4. Insert your Spotify song link and press “Enter”

5. The program will then create a file called “model.stl” 
6. Open that, print it and enjoy ;D

 

 

Printing Instructions

 

You can use pretty much any material you want. Choose the size that suits you best, but remember to print the model in two distinct colors – one for the base and another for the barcode. You can accomplish this on a single-material printer by pausing the print halfway for a filament change, or opt for a multi-material printer for convenience.
