Description
This is a 50 mm football / soccer ball designed for FDM 3D printing.
The model is lightweight and intended as an experimental print.
Despite being printed on an FDM printer, it holds its shape well and prints
cleanly without internal supports.
It is not injection-molded and not intended to match the durability of a
commercial football. This model is meant as a visual, mechanical, and printing
test, as well as a small desk toy or decorative object.
Multi-color printing note:
Multi-color printing significantly increases print time and filament usage
due to frequent filament changes. For best efficiency, single-color printing
is strongly recommended.
Printed and tested on a Bambu Lab A1 printer.
Tested materials:
– PLA
– PLA Tough+
– PETG HF
