4 inch sieves with round or hex screen 0.80 - 10mm

This is a 4 inch modular sieve system designed for sorting material using round and hex hole patterns ranging from 0.80 mm up to 10.0 mm. Each sieve is sized to stack cleanly with the others, allowing you to build a custom screening stack based on the particle sizes you want to separate.

The system includes individual sieve plate cups/stages, a solid base, and a lid. They stack together so it can be shaken or vibrated as a unit. For faster separation, the stack can be gently vibrated using an oscillating tool without the blade on it, or manually shaken forward and backward with the lid and base held tightly together (just in case they want to fly out and spill your stuff everywhere. should have enough “purchase” with the length of the bottom.)

Hex holes are useful for allowing broken or irregular fragments to pass more easily, while round holes provide consistent size control — making this setup ideal for material classification, DIY sieving, hobby processing, and shop experiments.

Designed for easy 3D printing and modular expansion, this is a flexible sieve solution for anyone who needs repeatable size separation without bulky metal screens.

The screens have two stage purge relief for better material flow, basically tapered outward from the hole down to the bottom face. Alleviates jamming a bit and combats elephants foot.

For the smaller screens a 0.20 - 0.25 mm nozzle is recommended!
