Description
Seat Ibiza 6J 2012 Fuel Cap Tether.
Printed in standard Black TPU and standard settings on my P1S
To replace the broken Fuel Cap Tether on my car.
TPU all-round profile for flexible prints, focused on good adhesion, controlled extrusion and reduced stringing.
Main settings:
Nozzle 220°C, bed 35–55°C depending on build plate, flow ratio 0.98, retraction 0.8 mm, retraction speed 25 mm/s, deretraction speed 15 mm/s, extra length on restart -0.05 mm, wipe distance 6 mm, part cooling fan 100%, minimum print speed 20 mm/s.
If stringing, underextrusion or feeding issues occur, lower the max volumetric speed to 4–5 mm³/s, especially with softer TPU.
Do not use with AMS unless the TPU filament is specifically AMS-compatible.
