Description

This model inspired by the Pop from ARC Raiders is designed to be able to actually spin and roll. With a stand to display it on.

The frame needs supports and I recommend using support material for the support→model interfaces if possible, to make for a cleaner underside.

When putting it together, first the thin “wishbone” style pieces should be affixed to the axle, then the axle should be pressed into both sides of the Pop's frame. Finally, the sphere should be placed around the axle, with the square blocks to make sure it's aligned correctly.

This is SOOOO AWESOME! My daughter would love this so much, i just have no idea how to do it to be honest, i am a total newbie and have a Anycubic vyper, maybe you can share tipps. My thoughts here. Get the normal STL files open in Cura Scale to 250% and pray it works. The middle piece doesnt have any support, i have no idea if it will print. the upper part "hangs" in mid air...

Same issue happed twice in the same location same timeline, the branch is messing up and causing spaghetti. Ran normal speed then ran a few other designs no issues. Came back to this one and ran it at 50% quiet mode thinking slower in this area would have been better but to no improvement.

not sure why it won't let me rate. great print, though the color swaps were sort of crazy, the filament poop ended up jamming my p1s chute. I ended up printing the outer ring in just white to hand detail later with some acrylic paint. ball was printed at .08 layer height but the outer ring was accidentally printed at .2 height. I like it a lot regardless. 5/5 ⭐

Bed adhesion and strength issue. I think this design might be just a tad too small to print well consistently. However, the CAD design is very good! What program did you use to design it?

Thanks! I used Shapr3D for the design. It is quite small but I've had success printing it a few times. I was trying to have it be relatively to scale with some other ARC Raiders models but there are a lot of small details.

"bed adhesion and strength issue" is a category you must select if you don't give five stars. I was more so referring to the strength issue.
