THANK YOU FOR ALLOWING ME TO KEEP BUILDING ROBOTS!
THE FILES USED IN CLASS #6 OF THE NEUTRINO LINE FOLLOWER COURSE!
I present to you the files for a traction system designed to use 180 motors, you will need the motors, Nylon gears, various screws and bearings to build it, it will be useful for competition robotics (speed line followers, nat car, bumperbot) as well as general robotics projects where you need a motor with a reduction that allows it to remain fast, with a moderate amount of torque and economical

The specific materials you will need to build the TRACSYS V1 180 are:
A - 2 x Size 180 Motor
B - 4 x m2 Screws 4mm long - (For 180 motors)
C - 2 x m3 Screw 30mm long
D - 4 x Nut for M3 screw
E - 4 x Bearings (Rodamientos) size 685zz (5x11x5)
F - 2 x LARGE printer rollers model AF032080
G - 8 x M1.6 Screws 6mm long
H - 4 x Nuts for M1.6 screws
I - 2 x 8-tooth gear M = 0.5
J - 2 x 40-tooth gear M = 0.5
K - Various 3D Printed parts (Files below)
L - Brush-on instant glue I use and recommend Kola Loka brush glue
The parts to be 3D Printed are the following:
M - 1 x RIGHT 3D BRACKET
N - 1 x LEFT 3D BRACKET
O - 2 x 3D RIM
P - 2 x SPACER
The preferred material is PETG, they should be printed with a layer height of 0.16 or 0.2 mm
Printing with PLA has not been tested but it should work without issues.
I prepared an excerpt from class #6 of the "Neutrino Line Follower" course so you have a guided reference to assemble your traction system, I hope it helps!
Good luck!
