These pickleball weights for 16mm paddles are great ways to adjust swing and twist weight of your paddle.
Each one weighs 3 grams, the same as those lead pods that you buy, but they are reusable. They clip on easily, but don't come off easy. They can “slide”, but it takes quite a bit of force.
They can also be stacked ontop of each other to make 6g, 12g,
