Description
This specially developed adapter sleeve allows you to operate my SR50/SR80 air filter conversion kit (Stage 1 & Stage 2) with classic BVF carburetors.
Originally designed for Mikuni carburetors, this adapter now opens the system for everyone who wants to benefit from optimized air guidance but continues to rely on BVF models (e.g., 16N1, 19N1, or 21N1). This is the ideal solution for discreet tuning with maximum airflow.
Key Features
- Compatibility: Suitable for all BVF carburetors with an approximate connection width of 30 mm.
- Hybrid Use: Combines the original BVF look with the modern Stage 2 air calming of my kit.
- Vibration Damping: Due to the flexible material, engine vibrations are less transmitted to the air filter box.

Printing Instructions (Important!)
For the sleeve to remain flexible and seal 100% airtight, please note the following:
- Material: Mandatory TPU (recommended: Shore hardness 95A). PLA, PETG, or ASA are unsuitable here as they are too rigid and will not seal.
Installation Note
The sleeve is simply pushed onto the carburetor flange and should be secured with a standard hose clamp for maximum safety. Due to the flexibility of TPU, the component conforms perfectly to the geometry.
Legal notice: Even when using a BVF carburetor, modifying the intake tracts will void the operating permit according to StVZO. For racing purposes only.
