Description
Simple, robust Keychain in the shape of Turkey, with the lettering ZONGULDAK in the middle.
I designed it to print cleanly on FDM.
Recommended Print Settings (0.4-mm Nozzle)
- Layer height: 0.20 mm
- Walls: 3
- Top/Bottom layers: 5 / 4
- Infill: Gyroid 40% (very solid; for those who want to save weight: 15–20% is usually sufficient)
- Detect thin walls: On
- Smoothing/Ironing: top surface only (for clean lettering)
- Adhesion: Skirt (2 lines) is sufficient; on a smooth plate, a thin brim may be needed
Material
PLA (matte = nice contrast) or PETG for more toughness.

The keychain was created by me in Fusion360 and refined & made print-ready in Bambu Studio.
