Description
Here's my headlight protector design for the mighty BMW R1200GS, R1200GSA, R1250GS and R1250GSA.
It's printed in TPU for strnegth, heat resistance and to absorb energy. (But you could print it in any material that suits your needs noting that PLA will often melt in extreme heat)
I've design it to mount using the four screws holes on the light asembly but included caps to cover the screws preventing dust and moistture, and to look professional.
I've held off uploading to ensure it was throughly tested off road and it's worked perfectly.
