📐 Description

This model is a complete system of 90-degree corner clamps designed for box making (cartonnage), model making, and bookbinding. It solves the biggest challenge in assembly: holding cardboard sheets perfectly perpendicular while the glue sets.

Unlike "one-size-fits-all" clamps, this set includes 4 specific variants tailored to the most common cardboard thicknesses used in crafting.

📂 Included Sizes

The set includes dedicated versions for each board thickness (marked on the side for easy identification):

• 2.0 mm
• 2.5 mm
• 3.0 mm
• 3.5 mm

🛠 Usage Instructions

1. Apply glue to the edge of your cardboard.
2. Position the two cardboard sheets into the corner of the tool.
3. Let it dry.
4. Pro Tip: For an even stronger hold, you can add a small spring clamp over the outside of the tool.

🖨️ Print Settings (Critical)

• Orientation: Print vertically (standing on the "L" shape). This creates a clean U-slot without supports.
• Adhesion: A Brim is recommended to stabilize the tall shape.
• Walls: 3 walls for stiffness.
