3 Piece Spiral Passthrough (Cone)

IMPORTANT: READ THIS!
Many have stated that this model does not operate smoothly or is difficult to print. To avoid this, clean your print bed, print at normal speed (100%), and use PLA. Why? One of the pieces has quite extreme overhangs, so proper cooling is critical. PLA aids in this by cooling very quickly. On the 50% scale model, a lot of the pieces are very small on their base. A clean bed will enhance bed adhesion. I am sorry for any inconveniences you may have faced.

I was bored so I ended up designing this. Contrary to what you might think, this isn't all that difficult to design, and I hope others will take inspiration and design their own versions like this. I did have to mess around with the profiling of the cut outs to get it to print without supports. This is not weak and won't break apart on you easily. The tolerances are 0.5mm for easy and smooth sliding. The inner 2 parts spin in a opposite way than the outer 2 parts. Clean-up may be needed in some areas, but nothing difficult.

4/25/2026: I don't really know a permanent place to say this, so I'll just put it here. I made 3 of my other fidget models private as I feel they don't meet the standards of design that my more recent models achieve. None of them had over like 20 downloads so I'm sure no one cares about this, but in the off chance someone does, well here is your explanation.
