I designed this RC track system specifically for 1/28 scale Losi Micro B/T and Kyosho Mini Z cars. The borders snap together using a custom dovetail with detents and have a bit of compliance to handle big hits or slight misalignment. This system is also designed to work perfectly with Harbor Freight anti fatigue mats and there are tie downs specifically modeled to interface with these mats to keep the track in place. These are all the pieces I have needed so far but I will likely add more in the future as I design new track layouts. The pictures above are representative of about 2.5kg of PLA basic and I have found it to be plenty strong enough for racing and kids/dogs stepping and tripping on the track pieces without breaking anything.
