PLA worked fine for my application.  Aprox 4 hrs print

Print-in-place, no assembly required, just print and use the board. 

This model requires a well tuned machine since it relies on precise gaps (0.2mm) and overhangs bridges (14mm wide) to properly print the hinges. If your machine is out of tune, i do not recommend you print this model, tolerances are important for this 3d model to work fine.
