Description

Presenting a useful cable holder that acts as a "third hand" during soldering work, making it easier to stabilize and solder two wires together. It ensures precise cable alignment, which is crucial for a strong and clean connection.

Compatibility Range: The holder is designed to work with a wide range of wire diameters:

Maximum Wire Diameter: 6 mm²

Minimum Wire Diameter: 0.35 mm²

Stable Securing: The stabilizers (blocks) securely hold the wires in place during splicing and soldering.

Bench Mounting: The front section of the holder features a flat bar with a hole for mounting onto a workbench or table.

⚙ Printing Tips

Material: PETG or ABS. A material with higher thermal resistance than PLA is recommended due to the proximity of soldering work and the potential for heat deformation.

Infill: 50-80% for maximum rigidity and stability, especially in the wire stabilizing elements.

Orientation: Print in the orientation that minimizes the need for supports.
